Marble Group is seeking a Pre-Site Customer Service Officer in Queensland. You will join a dedicated administration and construction team with a family feel, ready to grow with the business and contribute to successful pre-construction activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the new build industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication, both written and verbal.
• Goal driven and positive attitude.
• Intermediate - advanced Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage client expectations, keeping clients informed during pre-construction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain relationships.
• Ensure all building approvals are completed and QBCC applications lodged.
• Maintain high accuracy when recording customer project details.
• Ensure all conditions in the Building Contract are met.
