Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact during pre-site and guide them through requirements.
• Coordinate weekly workflows and pre-construction approvals.
• Prepare variations, permits, contracts and supporting docs.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Drafting, Sales and Construction teams.
• Streamline admin processes and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
