Job summary
Kaliba, a global warehouse robotics and automation specialist, is expanding its Australia capability and seeks a Solution Consultant with strong pre-sales, solution design and customer engagement experience in warehouse automation. The role sits between sales and engineering, helping shape and present automation solutions early in the customer journey.
Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll work with customers to understand operations, then develop concepts and proposals, presenting to both
Qualifications
- Experience in solution consulting, pre-sales or solution engineering.
- Background in warehouse automation, intralogistics or automated logistics.
- Ability to lead customer discovery and gather requirements.
- Experience shaping technical solutions before project delivery.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand warehouse operations, pain points and technical requirements.
- Support sales through pre-sales and solution design.
- Develop automation concepts and solution proposals.
- Work across AGV/AMR, AS/RS, conveyors, sortation, robotics and software.
- Present technical solutions to technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Support tenders, proposals and customer presentations.
- Collaborate with regional sales, engineering and solution teams across APAC.
