CodeRabbit is seeking a Field Engineer to advise customers, working with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to demonstrate value and implement AI-powered code-review solutions.

You will design technical solutions, deliver demos/PoVs, assist with security questionnaires, and help customers transition from pre-sales to onboarding while staying current on industry trends and contributing to internal tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role in a startup-like environment.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders from technical teams to business leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Account Executives to tailor technical solutions for customers.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and designs.
• Lead demos and PoVs to show CodeRabbit value.
• Assist in security questionnaire responses.
