Job summary

CodeRabbit is seeking a Field Engineer to act as a technical advisor for customers, collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to showcase the value of CodeRabbit. You will lead technical demonstrations, respond to security questionnaires and help customers adopt our AI-powered development platform.

Ideally, you bring 5+ years in customer-facing tech roles, strong communication, ownership, and the ability to mentor peers while staying ahead on AI trends and tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role in a startup-like environment.
• Experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously.
• Proficient with software development tools and cloud platforms.
• Comfortable working with command line.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Drive compelling demos and PoVs to showcase CodeRabbit's value.
• Help respond to security questionnaires.
• Provide feedback with product/engineering to address customer issues and improve the product experience.
• Stay updated with AI-enabled development tools and platforms.
• Contribute to internal tools and playbooks for best practices.
• Support transition from pre-sales to post-sales onboarding.
