Job summary

CodeRabbit is seeking a Field Engineer to act as a technical advisor for customers, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering and Customer Success. You will drive pre-sales activities, tailor technical solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations of the CodeRabbit platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay current with AI-driven development trends, and contribute to product improvements while supporting a smooth onboarding experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with diverse stakeholders and fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with software development tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to map customer requirements to technical solutions.
• Translate business goals into technical designs and PoVs.
• Lead demos and PoVs to showcase CodeRabbit value.
• Assist with security questionnaires and responses.
• Provide cross-functional feedback to product/engineering to improve the product experience.
• Stay updated on AI-driven development trends and tools.
• Help document internal playbooks and best practices.
• Support smooth handoff from pre-sales to post-sales.
