Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role in a startup-like environment.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders from technical teams to business leaders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer needs.
• Strong experience with software development tools and platforms.
• Comfortable working with command line.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ownership, self-motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to mentor peers through trainings and shadowing.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and designs.
• Drive demos and Proof of Values (PoVs) to showcase the CodeRabbit platform.
• Assist in responding to security questionnaires.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering to improve the product experience.
• Stay updated on AI-powered development tools and industry trends.
