CodeRabbit is seeking a Field Engineer to act as a technical advisor during the pre-sales journey. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to articulate the value of CodeRabbit and tailor technical solutions for customers.

You will drive demos and PoVs, engage in security questionnaires, and mentor peers, contributing to product improvements while staying current with AI-powered development trends.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role in startup-like environments.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders from technical teams to business leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs.
• Experience with software development tools and platforms.
• Comfortable working with the command line.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to mentor peers and share knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements and develop customized technical solutions
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements and solution designs.
• Drive compelling demos and PoVs to showcase the CodeRabbit value
• Help in responding to security questionnaires
• Provide feedback and collaborate with product/engineering to improve the product experience
• Stay abreast with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-powered development tools
• Contribute towards internal tools and documentation of playbooks, guides and best practices
• Support transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience
