AC Hotel by Marriott Gold Coast is opening a pre-opening team and seeking a Duty Manager to lead the Front Office and Guest Services. You will drive service excellence, manage daily operations, and foster a high-performing culture from day one.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in hospitality leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coach teams to exceed guest expectations while upholding Marriott standards and brand values.

Competenze

• 2+ years in Front Office, Guest Services, Duty Manager, or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coach associates to high performance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a guest-centric approach.

• Lead the daily Front Office operations and Guest Services teams.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain a calm, service-oriented environment during peak periods.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and monitor service delivery against standards.
