Job summary

Edgewater Homes Pty is seeking a Pre-Construction Coordinator for a full-time parental cover contract at the Smeaton Grange office. You will help bring new home builds to life, coordinating behind-the-scenes processes and ensuring all moving pieces come together for market readiness.

You will coordinate from land acquisition through construction start, manage planning approvals via the NSW Planning Portal, liaise with councils and consultants, lodge HBCF applications, and support the wider team

• Strong organisational and documentation skills.

As our newest Pre-construction coordinator, you’ll join a passionate, driven, and collaborative team in this full-time, parental cover contract based at the Edgewater Homes office in Smeaton Grange.

About your new role

As a Pre-Construction Coordinator you will help bring our new home builds to life. You’ll play a key role in keeping everything on track, coordinating processes behind the scenes and making sure all the moving pieces come together to get our completed homes ready for market.

What you will do:

• Coordinate residential building projects from land acquisition through to construction commencement, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
• Manage planning approvals, including CDC and DA applications, through the NSW Planning Portal.
• Liaise with councils, certifiers, surveyors, engineers, BASIX assessors, and other consultants to secure required approvals and documentation.
• Prepare and lodge HBCF applications, maintaining accurate project records and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project workflows and approval timeframes to support construction start targets and project readiness.
• Provide administrative and project support to the wider team, assisting with operational and business requirements as needed.
