Job summary

Pembrook Homes is seeking a Pre Construction Coordinator in Melbourne to support the Project Team. You will manage pre-construction administration, coordinate RFIs, liaise with architects and engineers, and ensure timely progress across multiple multi-unit projects.

The role requires at least 2 years in a pre-construction role, strong reading of plans and planning documents, and familiarity with Buildertrend. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:00pm, in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a pre-construction role.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and town planning documents.
• Knowledge of pre-construction permits and processes.
• Knowledge of Buildertrend or similar project management software.
• Experience with a Medium Density Residential Builder (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-construction administration for multi-unit developments, including applications and required documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate documentation for RFIs.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, consultants, internal teams, and clients for timely responses.
• Oversee the admin inbox and prioritise tasks.
• Assist with onsite admin tasks such as arranging utility connections.
• Manage subdivision applications during end-of-build phase.
• Maintain project records and track progress across multiple projects.
• Provide general administrative support to construction and project teams.
• Navigate between pre-site and onsite tasks as directed by Management.
