Job summary

Enable Group is a specialist builder delivering multi-tenancy, supported housing and investment-focused residential projects across Victoria. We are seeking a motivated Pre-Construction Coordinator to guide projects from sales to permit approval and construction commencement.

The role spans sales/pre-construction support and plans, permits & approvals, working closely with sales, design and construction teams, clients, architects, surveyors, councils and consultants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in residential building pre-construction or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of building permits and planning approval processes.
• Experience coordinating clients, plans, permits and consultants through pre-construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales with house & land packages, quotations and client proposals.
• Coordinate permits, developer approvals and other statutory requirements for construction readiness.
• Act as primary contact for clients during pre-construction and provide regular updates.
• Maintain project information in Buildertrend and ensure files are organized and up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve pre-construction processes.
