Job summary

Edgewater Homes is seeking a Pre-Construction Coordinator for a full-time parental leave cover contract, based at the Edgewater Homes office in Smeaton Grange. You will help bring our new home builds to life, coordinating behind-the-scenes processes and ensuring all moving pieces come together for market readiness.

• Coordinate residential building projects from land acquisition through to construction commencement, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Manage planning approvals, including CDC and DA applications, through the NSW Planning Portal.
• Liaise with councils, certifiers, surveyors, engineers, BASIX assessors, and other consultants to secure approvals and documentation.
• Prepare and lodge HBCF applications, maintaining accurate project records and compliance.
• Monitor project workflows and timeframes to support construction start targets and readiness.
• Provide administrative and project support to the wider team, assisting with operational and business requirements.

About your new role

As a Pre-Construction Coordinator you will help bring our new home builds to life. You’ll play a key role in keeping everything on track, coordinating processes behind the scenes and making sure all the moving pieces come together to get our completed homes ready for market.
