Job summary

Edgewater Homes in Sydney’s NSW office is seeking a Pre-Construction Coordinator for a full-time parental cover contract based at the Smeaton Grange site. You’ll join a collaborative team to bring new home builds to life and keep projects on track from planning through to market.

Responsibilities include coordinating residential projects, managing planning approvals with NSW portals, liaising with councils and consultants, and supporting the wider team with project administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential building projects from land acquisition through to construction commencement, ensuring all milestones are achieved.
• Manage planning approvals, including CDC and DA applications, through the NSW Planning Portal.
• Liaise with councils, certifiers, surveyors, engineers, BASIX assessors, and other consultants to secure required approvals and documentation.
• Prepare and lodge HBCF applications, maintaining accurate project records and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project workflows and approval timeframes to support construction start targets and project readiness.
• Provide administrative and project support to the wider team, assisting with operational and business requirements as needed.
