Job summary

Coral Homes is seeking customer-focused administration professionals to support Pre-Site or Construction Administration teams on the Gold Coast. You’ll work with customers from contract signing through to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project progress and exceptional service.

• Prepare, process and maintain customer and construction documentation.
• Coordinate approvals, certificates, variations and other project-related documentation.
• Monitor workflow milestones and ensure timeframes are achieved.
• Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders and customers to ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project updates.
• Assist in resolving customer enquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement initiatives.

We're seeking customer-focused and highly organised administration professionals to join our team. These opportunities may be within our Pre-Site or Construction Administration teams, supporting customers from contract signing through to the completion of their dream home.

Working closely with customers, internal stakeholders and external partners, you'll play an important role in ensuring projects progress smoothly while delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

These are full-time positions based at our Head Office in Varsity Lakes.

About You

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience within the residential construction or building industry will be highly regarded but is not essential
