Moreton ATSICHS invites applications for a Practice Support Officer to streamline clinic administration and service coordination across our network of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health services. The role supports patient numbers, attendance, and billings while upholding culturally safe care.
Key duties include calendar management, reception procedures, billing oversight, Medicare claim processing, and delivering excellent client service to patients and visitors.
To perform this role it is essential that the incumbent is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. It is therefore a genuine occupational requirement under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.

As Practice Support Officer, your role is responsible for the provision of effective and efficient administration and service coordination to contribute to the achievement of MATSICHS Clinics business objectives, including increased practice patient numbers, attendance rates and billings.
