We're seeking an experienced Practice Manager, Optical Manager, or Senior Optical Dispenser with a strong leadership background and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

This role will suit someone who enjoys leading from the front, supporting team success, and creating a culture where patients receive outstanding care every time they visit.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years' experience in the optical industry
• Proven experience managing or leading teams within optical, retail, or healthcare environments
• Strong dispensing skills and technical optical knowledge
• A demonstrated commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
• Strong organisational, commercial, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to successfully manage change and drive continuous improvement
• A consultative approach to patient care and sales
• Confidence using optical retail systems and practice management tools
