As a senior optical leader, you will drive clinical independence, coach and mentor team members, manage operations and performance, and champion a patient-first culture across a busy community practice that values personalised service, staff development, and strong patient relationships within a supportive national network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in the optical industry.
• Proven experience managing or leading teams within optical, retail, or healthcare environments.
• Strong dispensing skills and technical optical knowledge.
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional patient care and customer service.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Strong organisational, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement.
• Consultative approach to patient care and sales.
• Confidence using optical retail systems and practice management tools.
