This key role offers genuine influence across the business and could suit a senior administrator ready to step up. You will manage workflow, allocate work, oversee client lodgement and weekly reporting, drive process improvements, and monitor WIP and debtors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in public practice accounting in Australia.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a small, tight-knit team.
• Experience implementing new systems and processes.
• Ability to meet competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing workflow across the firm.
• Allocating work across the team.
• Managing the client process.
• Managing lodgement process.
• Managing and assessing weekly reporting.
• Assessing and implementing process improvements.
• Manage WIP and debtors.
• Providing support to Director when required.
