Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the Australian public practice accounting sector.
• Strong managerial abilities with the ability to meet competing deadlines.
• Experience implementing new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow and allocate work across the team.
• Manage client and lodgement processes.
• Oversee weekly reporting and assess process improvements.
• Manage work-in-progress and debtors.
• Provide support to the Director as required.
