Job summary

Eyecentric | Manuka, ACT is seeking a Practice Manager / Optical Dispenser to join our independent optometry team. This hands-on leadership role combines patient care with the day-to-day running of the practice, shaping the patient experience while supporting the team.

You’ll lead operations, provide premium dispensing and personalised frame styling, coordinate workflows, manage stock and merchandising, and partner with our Optometrists to deliver exceptional eye care.

Qualifications

• Previous optical dispensing experience.
• Leadership experience or ready for first leadership role.
• Organised and proactive; enjoys solving problems.
