Job summary

The Optical Co Optometrists in Chatswood is expanding its team and seeks a full-time Optical Dispenser. Join a busy practice within The Optical Company/Healthia network and help customers find the best eyewear and lenses while delivering excellent service.

You will work five days per week (flexible to a four-day arrangement for an exceptional candidate) and contribute to achieving practice KPIs and revenue targets in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Optical dispensing qualifications and experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience in high-end fashion retail is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting optical products and solutions.
• Work with the practice team to ensure world-class service.

We are seeking a full-time team member for 5 days per week, with flexibility to consider a 4-day arrangement for an exceptional candidate.

As an Optical Dispenser, your passion for style, attention to detail and customer-first mind-set will enable you to build genuine connections with customers and ensure they get the best possible solutions, whilst expanding on our existing loyal customer base and supporting the team to achieve set KPIs and revenue targets.
