Avonsleigh Veterinary Clinic is seeking a proactive Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support the team and drive the clinic forward. We welcome applications from experienced Practice Managers and senior nurses stepping into management roles.

You will shape systems, improve processes and own ownership with strong training and support to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Practice Management experience in a veterinary clinic.
• Veterinary nursing background highly regarded.
• Confident leader who can manage competing priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the clinic and keeping the team organised and focused.
• Reviewing and improving workflows, rosters, systems and processes.
• Creating clarity around roles, responsibilities and expectations.
• Supporting team performance, development and accountability.
• Building a positive, collaborative and professional team culture.
• Working closely with the Lead Vet to align clinical priorities with operational goals.
• Overseeing recruitment, staffing, performance management and team development.
• Developing and monitoring clinic performance, budgets and commercial opportunities.
• Identifying ways to improve efficiency, client experience and business growth.
