Are you a strong, people-focused leader ready to take ownership of clinic operations and drive a high-performing team? Burpengary Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Practice Manager to lead our dedicated team and support the continued growth of our well-established small animal clinic.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager with proven leadership experience who is ready to step into a dynamic operational role.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will work closely with our Lead Vet and leadership team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, strong financial performance, and a positive, supportive team culture.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people management with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
