Avonsleigh Veterinary Clinic is seeking a proactive Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support the team and drive the clinic forward. We welcome applications from experienced Practice Managers and senior nurses stepping into management roles.

You will shape systems, improve processes and own ownership with strong training and support to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Practice Management experience in a veterinary clinic.
• Veterinary nursing background highly regarded.

Avonsleigh Veterinary Clinic is looking for a proactive and organised Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support the team and help drive the clinic into its next chapter. We're open to hearing from experienced Practice Managers looking for their next opportunity, as well as Senior Veterinary Nurses or Nurse Team Leaders ready to take the next step into practice management.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, strong leadership and a genuine drive to make things happen.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous Practice Management experience, or strong leadership experience within a veterinary clinic.
• A veterinary nursing background, which would be highly regarded.
• Confidence leading people, setting clear expectations and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent organisational skills and a passion for improving systems and consistency.
• The ability to navigate different personalities with professionalism, confidence and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage a team.
• An interest in the commercial side of clinic management and opportunities for growth.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who sees opportunities rather than obstacles, enjoys taking initiative and is ready to lead positive change.
