Job summary

Concord Veterinary Hospital – Strathfield NSW is seeking a capable Practice Manager to lead administration and staff coordination. The role welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds, not necessarily veterinary, with a focus on people management and efficient operations.

You’ll oversee HR basics, rostering for about twenty staff, monthly sales reporting, and policy development while fostering a positive, respectful work culture inside a busy veterinary hospital.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, contracts, leave and onboarding.
• Ability to run staff meetings and manage a small team.
• Experience preparing monthly sales reports and KPI tracking.
• Developing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Comfort with equipment maintenance scheduling and servicing.

Responsibilities
