Qualifications

• Experienced Medical Practice Manager, ideally from a specialist or surgical setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the practice administration and nursing teams.
• Manage day-to-day operations, rostering and staffing.
• Ensure exceptional patient experience from initial enquiry to follow-up.
• Oversee consultation, surgical, theatre and referral administration.
• Manage billing, receipting and debtor processes.
• Coordinate stock, equipment and supplier relationships.
• Ensure policies, privacy and compliance are maintained.
• Monitor performance and identify efficiency improvements.
• Identify growth opportunities and improve patient engagement.
• Collaborate with Dr Cairns and senior management on initiatives.
