• Oversee daily practice operations, including rostering, staffing and appointment book management.
• Work closely with dentists and team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Drive practice performance through key business goals, patient retention and continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing team development.
• Lead by example with positivity, teamwork and a commitment to excellence.
