About the Role

We’re seeking a confident, approachable and passionate Practice Manager to join our established team at Avenue Dental Murrumba Downs, located on Brisbane's northside.

You’ll play an important role in supporting our clinicians, leading and developing our team, and ensuring every patient enjoys an exceptional experience.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people, takes ownership of their role, and brings positivity, initiative and a passion for excellence to the practice.

Your Day-to-Day as Practice Manager:

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve their personal and professional goals.

• Foster a positive, supportive and accountable team culture where everyone feels valued.

• Oversee daily practice operations, including rostering, staffing and appointment book management.

• Work closely with our dentists and team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
