Job summary

Beaudesert Dental Care Centre is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our friendly dental team in Beaudesert. You will oversee day-to-day operations, support staff development and ensure patients have a welcoming and well-organised experience.

This role suits someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly and balances people leadership with practical practice management. Previous dental management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in dental industry with practice management or senior coordination experience.
• Confidence using dental practice management software, preferably Core Practice.
• Experience supervising staff and building a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and scheduling to maximise clinician and chair time.
• Lead and support the team through clear communication, training and performance management.
• Coordinate staff rosters, leaves and workload allocation.
• Oversee patient billing, health fund claims and daily reconciliation.
• Monitor budgets, supplier accounts and stock levels.
• Maintain accurate patient records and practice management systems.
• Implement and maintain practice policies and checklists.
• Uphold WHS, infection control and patient privacy requirements.
• Handle patient enquiries, concerns and complaints professionally.
