It’s an opportunity to learn the business, develop your leadership skills and grow into a Practice Manager role with genuine support from experienced senior management.

ENTRY-LEVEL PRACTICE MANAGER | DENTAL

Ready to move beyond dental assisting?

We’re looking for an experienced Dental Assistant with reception experience who is ready to take the next step into Practice Management. This is not a role where you’re expected to walk in knowing everything about management. It’s an opportunity to learn the business, develop your leadership skills and grow into a Practice Manager role with genuine support from experienced senior management.

Start small. Grow into management.

As a new practice, the role will initially be hands-on and at a smaller capacity while we establish the practice and build our patient base.

This means your initial role will include a combination of:

Clinical dental assisting
Reception and patient coordination
Administration and practice operations

As the practice grows, your management responsibilities will grow with it.

The goal is for the successful candidate to progressively transition from a hands‑on clinical/reception role into a dedicated Practice Manager position.

You’ll have direct access to senior management, with ongoing mentoring, training and support as you develop your management skills.

You’ll learn the parts of practice management that aren’t taught chairside — including:

• Rostering & workforce planning
• Practice KPIs & financial performance

• Stock & supplier management
• Practice systems & processes
• Business development & growth
• Managing the day‑to‑day operation of a dental practice

You won’t be left to figure it out on your own.

Remuneration: Competitive salary based on experience, with progression as the role develops.
