National Dental Care is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the DB Dental Riseley St practice. You will oversee daily operations, manage clinical and administrative teams, and focus on delivering exceptional patient care and strong business performance.

As a pivotal leader, you will collaborate with clinicians and the Practice Development Manager to drive operational excellence, team engagement, patient growth, and profitability in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and growing a successful dental practice.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Practice Manager, or in an Acting 2IC role.
• Dental Assisting experience - essential.
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in sales, business development, marketing, and performance management.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clinicians, patients, and stakeholders.
