Toowong GP Superclinic is seeking an experienced practice manager for our two medical centres in West End and Toowong. This full-time permanent role requires a minimum of 2 years in GP clinic management, with proven ability to drive operations, billing accuracy, and team leadership.

You will work with Best Practice, HotDoc, and AGPAL accreditation processes, optimise Medicare workflows, and lead a proactive, patient-focused team. Immediate start negotiable salary plus performance bonus.

We are seeking an experienced practice manager for our two medical centre in West End and Toowong. This is a full time permanent position .

Minimum 2 years previous experience in a management role in a GP clinic is essential. Demonstrated history of being proactive, able to get things done (or delegate) with minimal supervision, and ability to grow a business. Experience in Best Practice, HotDoc and AGPAL accreditation is essential.

Experience required:

• High level of knowledge regarding Medicare and general practice patient billing systems and codes
• Strong communication and patient focus
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A positive and professional attitude to engage a whole team approach
• Knowledge of Medicare processes and applications
• Good interpersonal skills in Leadership
• IT skill in Best Practice and MYOB or ZERO
• Experience in managing practice accreditation
• Ability to develop quality working relationships
• Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills

Full Time Permanent position
