Toowong GP Superclinic is seeking an experienced practice manager for our two medical centres in West End and Toowong. This full-time permanent role requires a minimum of 2 years in GP clinic management, with proven ability to drive operations, billing accuracy, and team leadership.

You will work with Best Practice, HotDoc, and AGPAL accreditation processes, optimise Medicare workflows, and lead a proactive, patient-focused team. Immediate start negotiable salary plus performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a management role in a GP clinic.
• Proactive, able to get things done with minimal supervision, and grow a business.
• Experience with Best Practice, HotDoc and AGPAL accreditation is essential.
