Job summary

Prospect Health is assisting a well‑established Brighton GP practice seeking an experienced Practice Manager. The role covers day‑to‑day leadership of a multi‑doctor surgery on the outskirts of Brighton with strong support from a stable team and good patient satisfaction.

The successful candidate will manage a large patient list (~13,000), coordinate clinical and admin staff, and drive service improvements while enjoying a supportive environment, NHS pension, and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Must have previous practice management experience in a GP surgery.
• Possess the right to work in the UK.

Please read on for more information on an excellent practice in the Brighton area seeking an experienced Practice Manager The role is at a very well organised practice on the outskirts of Brighton, in a stable and high performing work place. The surgery boasts high QOF scores, Good CQC report and strong patient satisfaction. There is a strong and stable team of Partners and Salaried GPs in place, a well staffed team of allied healthcare professionals and around 4 admin staff meaning the chosen candidate will be walking into a well functioning practice. The practice manager would be supported by a business manager and reception manager.

Key Duties

• Practice Manager Role
• Full time circa 40 hours a week
• Patient list size of circa 13,000
• Existing team of Partners and Salaried GPs in place
• Strong clinical support from Advanced Practitioners, Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists and more
• Business Manager and Reception Manager in place
• Well staffed admin team

Package and Benefits

• £55,000 to £60,000 per annum DOE
• 30 days annual leave + bank holidays
