Job summary

Mivada is seeking an experienced technology leader to run the Automation, Cloud & Engineering (ACE) practice. You will lead an onshore and offshore team of 43 engineers and automation experts, providing architectural leadership from discovery through solutioning and acting as the senior technical voice with clients.

This hands-on leadership role keeps you close to technology—cloud, full stack, automation and AI—while building capability, shaping career paths and scaling the practice for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ Australian-based experience leading technical teams.
• Career built in technical delivery that matured into leading teams.
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on credibility across cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), full stack development (Java) and automation platforms (Blue Prism, UiPath).
• Working knowledge of AI-enabled delivery tools such as Claude and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mivada’s ACE practice — onshore and offshore team of 43 engineers and specialists.
• Provide technical and solution architecture leadership across programs from discovery through solutioning.
• Own Mivada’s cloud infrastructure capability across AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Set the standard for full stack development practice across the team (Java and mobile).
• Grow automation capability with RPA platforms (Blue Prism, UiPath) and AI-enabled delivery tools (Claude, Copilot).
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships including executives and program managers.
• Partner with the CTO on technical strategy, resourcing and capability planning.
