Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Principal Architect – Microsoft Cloud & AI to lead enterprise-scale Cloud, Data, AI, and digital transformation engagements. You will drive solution discovery through delivery in the Microsoft ecosystem and partner with clients to shape vision and outcomes.

With a strong delivery leadership background, you will engage with C-level stakeholders, mentor delivery teams, and guide architecture across Azure, Azure AI Foundry, GenAI, Copilot, and data platforms

Qualifications

• 15+ years IT experience in consulting, architecture, or delivery leadership.
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem expertise.
• Experience leading large enterprise customers and complex programs.
• Expertise in Azure Cloud, Data & AI, GenAI, Copilot, Security, and Modernization.
• Experience in pre-sales, solution shaping, proposals, estimations, and strategic engagements.
• Experience managing delivery financials, resources, governance, risks, and quality.
• Proven ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to account growth and business expansion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure, Cloud, Data & AI, GenAI, and Copilot engagements from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with sales on solution shaping, pre-sales, proposals, estimations, and customer presentations.
• Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps.
• Drive account growth by identifying opportunities across engagements.
• Own delivery governance across scope, quality, timelines, financials, resources, risks, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership across architecture, solutioning, implementation, deployment, and operations readiness.
• Lead and mentor architects, engineering leads, program managers, and delivery teams.
• Provide strategic direction across Azure, Azure OpenAI, GenAI, Copilot, Data & Analytics, Security, Cloud Infra, DevOps, and Modernization.
• Drive reusable solutions, accelerators, architecture patterns, and delivery frameworks.
