Job summary

NCS Australia is expanding its AI & Power Platform Solutions team and seeks an AI & Power Platform Technical Lead to architect, design and deliver enterprise AI and automation solutions.

You will lead onshore and offshore squads, drive security, governance, and continuous improvement, and mentor junior consultants while engaging in pre-sales and customer discovery. Strong expertise in LLMs, Azure services and Power Platform is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as AI technical lead, solution architect or senior engineer designing enterprise AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Platform and AI solutions.
• Own end-to-end architecture and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI services, GitHub Copilot and Power Platform.
• Select and apply low-code, pro-code or hybrid delivery patterns based on complexity, integration, security and performance requirements.
• Design and build production-ready agents, including orchestration, grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, tools and actions, APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Lead pro-code engineering using Azure-native services, APIs, SDKs and modern development practices to extend AI capabilities beyond low-code constraints.
• Define solution architecture, non-functional requirements, security controls, responsible AI guardrails, testing strategy and lifecycle management.
• Facilitate scoping and discovery workshops to understand and deliver customer requirements.
• Shape and lead ongoing planning, design and technical conversations with customers.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
• Coordinate testing, deployments and production support and troubleshoot issues.
