Mivada is seeking a senior AI/Data leader to own Azure-based AI/BI offerings, data governance and AI assurance, and to steward the Microsoft Data & AI partnership. You will lead a small team and collaborate with architects, pre-sales and delivery to translate strategy into repeatable capabilities.

With governance, training and adoption oversight, you’ll drive responsible AI practices, data trust, and scalable client-facing solutions across Fabric, Foundry and Azure.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing a small technical team.
• Senior experience in data and AI engineering or consulting with hands-on delivery on Microsoft Azure data and AI services.
• Practical experience building and productionising generative AI or agentic AI solutions.
• Experience designing or running enablement or training programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with executive, risk and compliance audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of 3–5 Azure AI/BI engineers and AI/data governance specialists.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members; act as escalation point for technical, governance and client issues.
• Set goals and conduct performance reviews for direct reports; plan development and career progression.
