Job summary

B&K Consulting is seeking a Practice Development leader to shape how a growing advisory network performs, develops, and scales. You will lead a team of Practice Development Associates, build proactive portfolio approaches, and drive productivity, revenue, engagement, and execution across practices.

You’ll shape the operating model, coach and develop a team, and partner with senior leadership to deliver measurable commercial impact and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coaching people in advisory or licensee environments.
• Track record of helping advisers or practices improve business performance.
• Strong relationship and influencing skills.
• Ability to create structure, drive accountability and align teams.
