Job summary

Integria Healthcare is seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager - Practitioner to lead growth across practitioner accounts and drive commercial outcomes. You will manage a defined portfolio, coach Territory Managers, and deliver net revenue targets while expanding distribution and launching new products.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to elevate customer advocacy and market presence, leveraging data and CRM tools to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' field sales experience in healthcare.
• Experience delivering targets and building practitioner relationships in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate product knowledge into commercial outcomes.
• Willingness to travel interstate regularly.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Practitioner Key Accounts to hit net revenue targets.
• Develop distribution, core range and new product launch KPIs within accounts.
• Coach and develop Territory Managers to achieve targets.
• Build sales capability with in-field coaching and feedback.
• Lead market expansion, customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
