Job summary

BlackLine seeks a Senior Director, Professional Services APAC to build and scale a regional Professional Services organization from the ground up. You will own the full client journey from onboarding to ongoing services engagements across our product suite, with P&L responsibility for APAC.

You'll lead distributed teams across multiple APAC countries, hire and develop staff, drive utilization and time-to-value, and partner with Sales and our partner ecosystem to expand services while aligning

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in a SaaS or enterprise software services delivery function.
• Experience building and profitably scaling a regional professional services practice.
• Experience leading distributed teams across APAC with knowledge of regional business practices.
• Background in ERP and/or financial systems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the APAC Professional Services team, including hiring and development.
• Own the P&L for APAC Professional Services and drive targets for utilization and revenue.
• Build scalable delivery models for large, complex deployments.
• Serve as senior escalation point and shape recovery plans.
• Partner with Sales and with the Partner ecosystem to expand services.
• Collaborate with global Professional Services leaders to shape standards.
