Job summary

Count Limited is seeking a Practice Development & Client Engagement Manager to help GPS Wealth advisers build stronger, more valuable businesses. You will drive growth, lift client outcomes and enhance adviser capability while evolving our Game of Money client engagement framework.

Reporting to the Head of GPS Wealth, you will coach firms, deliver workshops and embed the framework into the advice process to improve client engagement and profitability across the network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in financial advice or wealth management.
• Proven experience in practice development or adviser coaching.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive growth.
• Confident in facilitation and delivering presentations.
• Experience with technology-enabled change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with advice firms across GPS Wealth.
• Coach firms on operational efficiency, performance and profitability.
• Lead ongoing development of the Game of Money framework and tools.
• Deliver training workshops, webinars and coaching sessions.
• Embed the framework into advisers' processes and client engagement.
• Contribute to events including National Conference and PD Days.
• Champion professionalism and client-first advice with early risk escalation.
