Andresen McCarthy Partners is seeking an experienced Practice Administration & Client Services Officer to join our team in Eltham, Victoria. The role covers reception, client services, ASIC administration, billing support and broader practice operations.
You will work closely with the Office Manager, accountants and partners, managing workload, following procedures and providing reliable support across the firm. Previous experience in accounting or professional services is highly regarded.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys being involved across all areas of a professional services practice rather than performing one narrow function.
Working closely with our Office Manager, accountants, partners and administration team, you will assist with reception and client services, ASIC administration, debtor follow-up, document processing, billing administration and general practice support.
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage their own workload, follow established procedures and priorities, communicate professionally with clients and staff, and become a reliable point of support within the practice.
Previous experience working in an accounting, financial services or other professional services environment would be highly regarded.
