Job summary

National Disability Insurance Agency in Australia is seeking an APS6 Power Platform Administrator to lead a specialist team and govern Power Platform services across the Agency. You will drive secure, low‑code solutions with governance and compliance at the forefront.

You will oversee Power Apps, Power Automate or Copilot Studio capabilities, align with Microsoft 365, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver reliable platform services. A NV1 clearance is required or achievable.

Qualifications

Experience leading technical teams in complex ICT environments.
Experience administering Microsoft Power Platform services in an enterprise environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance.
Experience supporting governance, security and compliance activities.
Experience in Australian Government ICT environments desirable.
Relevant Microsoft, ITIL, project delivery or service management certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the Power Platform team and set priorities.
Oversee administration, configuration and management of Power Platform services.
Provide expert technical advice and advanced troubleshooting to makers and stakeholders.
Support governance controls including environment strategies and DLP policies.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 and Agency systems.
Identify opportunities for automation and service improvement.
Monitor service health, licensing, capacity and compliance.
Coordinate with Microsoft and service providers to resolve escalated incidents.
Lead projects on governance, system integrations and low-code technologies.
