Job summary
National Disability Insurance Agency in Geelong, VIC is seeking an APS5 Power Platform Administrator to support governance, administration and operations across the Microsoft Power Platform services. You will work with technical specialists, service desk staff and business stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable, and effective platform delivery.
The role focuses on administering Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse, configuring environments, and supporting change and incident processes
Qualifications
- Experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 or similar enterprise cloud services.
- Experience administering, configuring, monitoring and providing operational support for ICT platforms.
- Experience contributing to governance, risk management or compliance activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Dataverse services.
- Assist with administration and configuration of Power Platform environments.
- Manage environments, connectors, security roles and data loss prevention policies.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and assist with incident and request management.
- Monitor service health, licensing, compliance information and capacity usage.
- Support governance, reporting and operational management activities.
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures.
- Contribute to change management and service optimisation initiatives.
- Assist stakeholders and users with platform enquiries.
