Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Power Platform Senior Engineer to lead administration and delivery of Microsoft's Power Platform across the organisation. You will configure operations, shape governance, and guide the roadmap, while coaching others and ensuring secure, scalable service delivery.

Working with IM&T teams, you will establish the platform as a reliable, scalable service, lead environment strategies, DLP policies, licensing, and automation of environment creation, balancing hands-on work with

• Experience leading design, configuration, and maintenance of Power Platform environments.
• Developed governance, security controls, and data protection strategies.
• Advised on solution design and troubleshooting for Power Platform projects.
• Monitored platform performance and improved user experience.
• Led and mentored Power Platform engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Power Platform environments.
• Develop and enforce governance policies and security controls.
• Oversee access control, DLP and licensing strategies.
• Monitor system performance and address platform-wide challenges.
• Act as technical consultant for project designs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Manage environment strategy and capacity management.
