Job summary

CSIRO in Australia is seeking a Power Platform Senior Engineer to lead the administration and delivery of the Power Platform across the organisation. You will shape governance, implement DLP policies, manage environments and licensing, and guide the platform roadmap.

Working with IM&T teams, you will balance hands-on engineering with leadership, coach Power Platform engineers, and drive secure, scalable service delivery across multiple offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Canberra.

Qualifications

• Lead design, configuration, and maintenance of the Power Platform landscape across environments.
• Develop and enforce governance, security controls, data protection, and compliance with standards.
• Act as a technical adviser for Power Platform projects, guiding solution design and troubleshooting.
• Coach and mentor Power Platform engineers to drive continuous learning and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Power Platform environments and governance.
• Develop and maintain policies for secure and compliant use of Power Platform services.
• Oversee access controls, DLP, licensing, and connector management.
• Monitor platform performance and address system-wide challenges for a seamless user experience.
• Provide technical leadership for projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Mentor and lead technical teams to foster innovation in Power Platform initiatives.
