Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience providing admin, configuration, monitoring and support for ICT platforms.
• Experience supporting incident, request, change and knowledge management processes.
• Experience contributing to governance, compliance, reporting or risk management activities (desirable).
• Experience working in an Australian Government ICT environment (desirable).
• Relevant Microsoft, ITIL or service management certifications, or equivalent experience (desirable).
