Job summary

ACECQA is a national Australian authority responsible for overseeing the National Quality Framework in early education and care. The Power Platform Administrator role focuses on governance, security, and cross-system integrations to support the NQF IT environment.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position (until 30 June 2027) at ACECQA Band 5/6, with a salary range of $106,584 - $145,629. The role requires strong collaboration across IT, security, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments.
• Ability to develop and implement governance frameworks, environment strategy, DLP policies, and security models.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience administering Azure services including Integration, SQL, Key Vaults certificate services, DNS, VNETs and Firewalls.
• Proficiency in managing Dataverse, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Understanding of RBAC, data security, and compliance practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the application environment and governance framework for the Power Platform and related services.
• Monitor platform performance and usage; implement security policies and manage user access.
• Oversee environments, troubleshoot issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with internal development teams, integration specialists, IT support, and external providers to ensure smooth operations.
